Directions:
For hydroponics – use 7 ml (1/4 ounce) per gallon of water for seedlings, 15 ml (1/2 ounce) per gallon for midsize plants, herbs and houseplants, and 30 ml (1 ounce) per gallon for mature vegetable, fruit and flower bearing crops.

For soil – add 15ml (1/2 ounce) per gallon of water for midsize plants, cacti, succulents, shrubs, and houseplants. For aggressive strength and fruiting and flowering, use 30 ml (1 ounce) per gallon. Use every watering or every other watering.
